On any plot page, click Request info for a callback or Schedule tour to book a site visit. Provide accurate contact details so sellers can reach you.
Step 4: Due diligence
Before paying any token amount, independently verify:
- Title deed and ownership chain
- Approved layout plan and colony map
- RERA registration (if applicable)
- Encumbrance certificate and tax receipts
- Physical dimensions matching the listing
Step 5: Negotiate & close

Tips for first-time buyers
- Visit the site at least twice — daytime and evening if possible.
- Check road access, water, electricity, and drainage.
