What is Plots of India?
Plots of India is an online marketplace where buyers discover verified plot and land listings, and sellers list inventory with photos, pricing, location details, and lead management tools.
Is Plot of India free for buyers?
Yes. Browsing listings, searching, shortlisting favourites, and sending enquiries is free for buyers. Some premium services may be introduced in the future.
For buyers
How do I search for a plot?
Use the homepage search or visit the Search page. Filter by city, budget, plot size (sq yd), and property type. You can also browse city-wise listings and featured plots.
How do I schedule a site visit?
Open any plot detail page, click Schedule tour, pick a date and time, and submit. The seller will confirm your visit.
Are listings RERA approved?
Many listings include RERA registration details. Look for the RERA badge on plot cards. Always verify documents independently before purchase.
For sellers
How do I list my plot?
Register as a seller, complete company profile & KYC verification, subscribe to a plan, then add your plot from Seller Dashboard → Add Listing.
Do I need a subscription to list?
Yes. An active subscription is required to add, edit, or promote listings and access analytics and leads. View plans under Seller Dashboard → Subscription.
How long does KYC take?
KYC is usually reviewed within 1–3 business days after document submission. You'll be notified by email once approved.
