1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Plot of India, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform role
Plot of India is a marketplace that facilitates discovery and communication between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any property transaction and do not guarantee title, legality, or completion of any sale.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Seller obligations
- Listings must be accurate in price, dimensions, location, and legal status.
- Sellers must maintain valid KYC and an active subscription where required.
- Misleading or fraudulent listings may be removed and accounts suspended.
5. Buyer obligations
- Buyers must conduct independent due diligence before any payment.
- Enquiries and site visits do not constitute a booking or reservation.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Seller subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan. Refunds are governed by the plan terms displayed at purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
Platform content, branding, and software are owned by Vrozart Enterprises. Listing content remains the property of respective sellers who grant us a licence to display it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plot of India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or any transaction between users.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
